These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your use of the reportum.io website and the Reportum application (the «Service») operated by Reportum («us», «we», or «our»).

Please carefully review these Terms of Use before using our website and the Reportum application (the «Service»).

Your access to and use of the Service is contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to these terms, in whole or in part, please refrain from using the Service.

The Terms may be amended without prior notice. The new version of the Terms becomes effective upon its posting.

Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated below may result in the deactivation of your account.

Registering

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  2. You agree to provide accurate information when registering for the service and to keep it up-to-date. If you provide false information, we reserve the right to block/delete your account and deny you access to the service.
  3. Upon registration, you receive a non-transferable right to use your account to access the service.
  4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login and password.
  5. You are responsible for all content created in your account on the service. The service does not control the content transmitted through it and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or quality.

General

  1. The service is provided «as is». We are not responsible for any adverse consequences or losses incurred as a result of access restrictions to the service or the use of information posted on it.
  2. We reserve the right to fully delete your account if you have not paid for it for more than three months.
  3. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or use any part of the service for any commercial purposes without our written permission.
  4. You understand that our company uses the services of third-party companies and partners to ensure the functionality of the service.
  5. We reserve the right to delete content and accounts that, in our opinion, are illegal, offensive, or unacceptable.
  6. Verbal, written, or other forms of abuse towards customers and employees of the service may result in denial of service.
  7. You may not use the service to transmit viruses or other malicious content.
  8. You may not use the service for sending spam.
  9. We do not guarantee that: a) the service will meet your specific requirements, b) the service will be error-free, c) the quality of services will meet your expectations, and d) all errors on the service will be corrected.
  10. If any of these provisions are deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Payment

  1. The services of the service are to be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
  2. The cost of the service does not include taxes, which you are responsible for paying separately.
  3. If you do not renew your payment before the expiration of the paid period, your account will be partially blocked. You will still have the option to pay for the service.
  4. You can use the service for free for 14 days before making payment.

Refund

To request a refund, please submit a request to our customer support service or send an email to support@reportum.io, specifying the reason for the refund, as well as the dates and amounts of the payment. In case of a refund request and cancellation of the subscription, the refund will be processed only to the same credit card used for the original payment. Please note that all bonuses received as part of any promotional offer will be cancelled upon refund.

Changes to Service and Pricing

  1. We reserve the right to make changes to the service (or its parts) at any time without prior notice.
  2. The pricing of the services may change, and we commit to providing advance notice of 30 days.
  3. We are not liable to you or any third parties for any changes to the service or pricing of the services.

Usage of Customer Information

  1. By registering on the service, you agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling obligations stipulated in this agreement.
  2. We use personalized customer information solely for the purpose of providing quality services and maintaining records. We do not disclose personalized data of one customer to other customers of the service.
  3. We never publish personalized information in public access or disclose it to third parties.
  4. All data created by you in your account belongs to you. However, by placing data in the public section of the service, you agree that third parties may have access to it.
  5. You understand that the technology of the service requires transmission of your content over computer networks and may involve modifications to comply with technical requirements.

The service may contain links to other websites that are not affiliated with our company and are owned by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the information posted on third-party websites, and we do not assume any obligations for maintaining the confidentiality of information that you provide on such websites.

Cancellation of Service

  1. To cancel the service and delete your account, you need to contact our support team at support@reportum.io.
  2. Upon deletion of your account, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reportum, its principals, officers, directors, representatives, employees, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, obligations, costs, actions, or demands, including but not limited to: (a) legal and accounting fees arising from your use of the Service; (b) your violation of any of these Terms; (c) any content you post on or upload to the Service; and (d) any activity related to your account, including any negligent or illegal actions by you or any person or entity accessing the Service using your account, regardless of whether such access is obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
